The Art of Mindful Living and Learning

As part of our Educational Speaker Series, yesterday, Jeroen Janss from the Brussels institute of Mindfulness spoke to us about the benefits of being mindful, the importance of being present in the moment and not always worrying about the future or past. Participants, including staff, students and visitors were taken through exercises to help focus our minds and as a result lead to relaxation.
